You may bring your own birthday cake. Please note we do not provide cake knives, birthday candles, or matches. Please be sure to supply those yourself if you plan on using them.

You may order additional food or bring your own.

You may add  additional person(s)  to any package at $29 each. 

When you come, please make sure you fill out this waiver and bring it with you on the day of your event.
